Using his wealth Lyons has created a massive state of the art school. Due to all of the anti-mutant laws the school is run under the name of a school for gifted minds. It's true purpose hidden. The school is to be used to train those that the government of America has decided unworthy for life to be able to survive in this harsher world.

| Chimera Headquarters
This is where the Hegemony has made it's largest headquarters for finding, training and dispatching Chimeras.
The building is considered impenetrable, with twelve M1-5 guards in just the lobby, along with hundreds of Chimera agents throughout the building. Beyond that few know that all is inside the building, not many care to risk their lives by knowing.

| Downtown Liber City (4 sub-boards)
This is the commercial district of the city. Large businesses dominate the many streets, their bright signs blinding, and their massive size imposing.
At the feat of these mighty giants of the business world lay many street vendors. The vendors wheel around kiosk ring loudly as their owners pray for good business.
This is the heart of the city.

The upperclass area of Liber, it's here that most human families live, as well as the more fortunate mutants. It's also the area with Liber's largest Library, and holds some of the finest resturaunts.

| Lucky Spades Club (2 sub-boards)
A slummy bar, it is known for the shady business that is nearly daily for it. It's appearance is a reflection of it's reputation. The large sign rarely works, the paint both inside and out is peeling and the woodwork is falling apart.
The owner is said to have connections to mutant trafficking, and a local fight club. Despite multiple federal investigations they have yet to be found guilty of any crimes, then again many of the investigators seem to go missing.
Rumor has it, it's under new management.

| Colosseum
This is a large building that was once used for plays. It is set up much like an older Greek theater, with all the seats facing a central circle.
The building is now old and decrepit, as far as the police and government know it is only used by hobos. That is far from the truth, at the center of the theater a large and very expensive arena has been constructed. The purpose of this arena? Fights between mutants with incredible powers.
